Who we are

This website, www.elitematuremingle.com, is run by High Intent Media Inc, a Delaware corporation (file no. 10670515), registered office 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, USA. High Intent Media Inc is the data controller for this website.

This policy covers only this information website. Your dating profile, messages, payments and anything else you do after signing up are handled in the members area at members.elitematuremingle.com, under the members privacy policy.

What this website does not do

This is a static information site. It:

  • sets no cookies;
  • runs no advertising, analytics or tracking scripts;
  • has no user accounts, comment forms or newsletter sign-up of its own.

What is collected when you visit

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel's servers record technical information when your browser requests a page: your IP address, your browser and device type, the page requested and the time of the request. These logs are used to keep the site secure (for example, to block attacks) and to keep it running properly. We do not use them to identify or profile visitors.

Vercel processes this data on our behalf. Its own privacy policy explains how it handles data.

If you type your email into a join box

Some pages have a box where you can enter your email address to start registering. When you submit it, your email address is sent to the members area at members.elitematuremingle.com so you can finish signing up there. From that point it is handled under the members privacy policy, not this one.

Note that the members area shares one member database with partner sites in the same network, so a profile you create there can be seen by members of those sites. The members privacy policy explains this in full.

Our pages link to government, regulator and other official websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal data. Under UK GDPR and the EU GDPR these include the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict its use, and to complain to a data protection regulator. Several US states, and Australia's Privacy Act, give similar rights to access and correct personal information.

Because this website collects so little, there is usually very little we hold about you here beyond short-lived server logs. For data in the members area, including your profile and payments, use the members help centre.

To ask about your rights or this policy, contact us through the members help centre and say that your question is about the information website.

Complaining to a regulator

You can complain to a data protection regulator, though we would welcome the chance to put things right first.

Children

This website is intended for adults. Membership is open only to people aged 18 or over (21 in Alabama, Mississippi, Nebraska and Wyoming).

Changes to this policy

If we change how this website handles data, we will update this page and the date at the top. The terms of use cover the other rules for using this site, and the contact page explains how to reach us.

Questions people ask

Does this website use cookies?

No. The Elite Mature Mingle information website sets no cookies and runs no advertising, analytics or tracking scripts. Our host's servers keep short technical logs, such as IP address and page requested, for security and performance.

Who handles my dating profile and messages?

The members area at members.elitematuremingle.com, under its own privacy policy. This policy covers only the information website. Profiles created in the members area are shared with partner sites in the same network.

How do I ask about my data?

Contact us through the members help centre and say whether your question is about this information website or the members area. You can also complain to your national data protection regulator, such as the ICO in the UK.
