Signing in
Sign in at the members area log-in page with the email address and password you registered with. This website is an information site; your profile, messages and billing all live in the members area.
Forgotten your password? Use the password reset option on the log-in page. A reset link is sent to the email address on your account, so check your spam or junk folder if it hasn't arrived within a few minutes. If you no longer have access to that email address, contact the help centre.
Account and billing questions
For anything about your account, membership or a payment, use the members help centre. Include the email address you registered with and, for a payment question, the date and amount of the charge.
- Cancel a membership: sign in and go to Settings > Billing. Cancel before the renewal date to stop the next payment.
- Refunds: the members terms allow a pro-rata refund only when at least 40% of the paid period is unused.
- A charge you don't recognise: the checkout shows the billing name that appears on your statement. If a charge still doesn't make sense, contact the help centre before you dispute it with your bank, so it can be traced.
- Delete your account: open your avatar, then Settings > Delete Account. Cancelling a membership alone does not delete your profile.

Reporting a profile or a message
If someone asks you for money, pushes you to invest, threatens you, or seems not to be who they claim, report them. Signed in, use the report option on their profile or in your conversation; if you can't find it, send the profile name and a short description to the help centre.
If you have lost money, also contact your bank straight away and report the fraud to the official body where you live. The safety guide lists them for the UK, the US and Australia.
